Delivery Address Changes:
Any changes to delivery addresses prior to shipping should be made directly with Oak Farm Vineyards. Once your order has shipped, all changes must be made by contacting shipping@oakfarmvineyards.com and may include additional fees.
Failed Deliveries:
All deliveries of wine require someone over the age of 21 to be present and sign for the delivery. Depending on the courier, failed deliveries will typically be re-attempted the following business day. To avoid delays or additional expenses, please contact shipping@oakfarmvineyards.com immediately with your tracking number to schedule your delivery.
Weather Delays:
Due to the volatility of wine being shipped, extremely hot temperatures can result in shipping delays. We do everything we can to ensure your wine arrives in good condition and ready to enjoy! This may include delaying shipments until cooler weather occurs. This is especially true in the Summer months, and in locations that see temperatures in excess of 95 degrees. Any delays will be communicated to customers via email.
