Oak Farm Vineyards is a private corporate event venue in Lodi, California, built for teams that need to focus, connect and celebrate away from the office. Choose from three distinct spaces: a boardroom-style Private Club Room for groups up to 40, a climate-controlled Barrel Room for up to 120, and a historic 1862 barn for up to 200. Our onsite event coordinators handle the details, our kitchen caters groups of up to 60 from breakfast to dinner, and hosted wine experiences turn a work day into something your team will talk about.
BARREL ROOM
Once home to Oak Farm’s handcrafted wines, this climate-controlled space hosts up to 120 guests under exposed wood walls, pendant lights and natural daylight. Our staff sets your layout at no charge, ideal for offsites, sales kickoffs, trainings, team dinners and awards nights.
PRIVATE CLUB ROOM
Connected directly to the tasting room, Oak Farm’s executive meeting space seats 1l to 40 at two 12-foot boardroom tables, with a large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and granite counters. Water, coffee and year-round climate control are included, ideal for leadership meetings, strategy sessions, client dinners and executive offsites.
HISTORIC BARN
Built in 1862, Oak Farm’s largest venue spans 2,600 square feet and hosts up to 200 guests under string lights, with a built-in bar, private restrooms and a connected patio. Open-air and at its best from spring through fall, it’s ideal for holiday parties, company anniversaries, customer appreciation events and product launches.
